This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your access and use of the individual Web Sites and related Internet media properties owned or operated by I Do Directory and its affiliates and subsidiaries.

YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

This Agreement includes I DO Directory's Privacy Policy and any specific terms on individual Web sites owned and operated by I Do Directory, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement in its entirety by reference, to which You are indicating Your agreement and acceptance to be bound by the provisions thereof, by way of your use of the Site.

The I Do Directory is a medium for wedding related companies to promote themselves to potential customers. While endeavoring to give a high quality service, I Do Directory accepts no liability or responsibility for the service or product a promoted company provides.

The following terms and conditions apply without exception to all users of the I Do Directory website. This agreement applies as between the owners of I Do Directory and you, the User of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use and subsequent uses of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

In connection with your use of the I Do Directory Website, you agree you will not:

  • Register, subscribe, attempt to register, attempt to subscribe, unsubscribe, or attempt to unsubscribe, any party for any I Do Directory product or service if you are not expressly authorized by such party to do so.

Intellectual Property

All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Wedding Business Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of I Do Directory, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so by I Do Directory.

Third Party Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise expressly indicated, all Intellectual Property rights including, but not limited to, Copyright and Trademarks, in product images and descriptions belong to the manufacturers or distributors of such products as may be applicable.
You may not reproduce copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use such material unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so by the relevant manufacturer or supplier.

Indemnification and Reservation of Rights.

This Website may contain links to other sites. Unless expressly stated, these sites are not under the control of I Do Directory or that of our affiliates. We assume no responsibility for the content of such websites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them. The inclusion of a link to another site on this Website does not imply any endorsement of the sites themselves or of those in control of them.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and I Do Directory shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Account Information

Once you become an “Advertiser” of the service provided by I Do Directory, you will receive a User name and password. You are then entirely responsible for the security of your password which will provide you with full system access. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities, which occur, whether under your direction or not when providing access to your employees, customers, agents or others who you then provide access to your advertisement or services through the I Do Directory website. You may request a change of your Administration password at any time. “The Advertiser” agrees to immediately notify I Do Directory of any unauthorised use of “The Advertiser” user name/password and or any other breach of security known to “The Advertiser”.

Equipment.

You shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of the Site and all charges related thereto.

Indemnification and Reservation of Rights.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless I Do Directory, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or your use and access of the Site.

Web Site Security Rules.

You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation.

  • Accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account which you are not authorized to access
  • Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization
  • Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Web Site, overloading, "flooding", "mailbombing" or "crashing"
  • Sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services
  • Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail, forum, or newsgroup posting.
Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. I Do Directory will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting those who are involved in such violations.

I Do Directory makes no warranty or representation that the Website will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, that it will be compatible with all systems, that it will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate. We make no guarantee of any specific results from the use of our Services.

Availability

Connectivity and Availability – website uptime. We guarantee that our website will be available at least 98.00% of the time in any one month. Should we fail this promise and I Do Directory Website is unavailable for more than 2.0% of the time in any full calendar month then we will refund your account the value of 1 day’s service for every 240 minutes that connectivity has been unavailable over and above 2.0% of that month.

Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions.

Domestic and International copyright and trademark laws protect the entire contents of the I Do Directory website. You may download to a local hard disk and print extracts from this web site for your personal use. You may also recopy downloaded extracts to others provided you do not do so for profit. Either party without notice may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. The provisions of Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions ,Use of the Site, Indemnification, Third Party Rights shall survive any termination of this Agreement. I Do Directory reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without notice if, in I Do Directory's sole discretion, you fail to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from the Site, copies, and related documentation.

Removal of Listing.

I Do Directory reserves the right to continue to show all customer listings for the duration of the agreed contract. I Do Directory also reserves the right to remove a customer listing without notice if any of the above terms are breached.
